I am writing to congratulate Josh Wynia on a fantastic job done selling my residential home and my ¼ share ownership properties. When I first met Josh I knew he was the Realtor I wanted to work with. He provided ongoing communication and market research to show how we could position the house in a market that was changing. Josh’s wife Jen, who does his professional photography and Video did an outstanding job on the photography for the listing using a drone to take aerial shots showing the benefits of the surrounding area and then created an impressive video that bestowed the value of the home . In the sale of both properties, there were personal challenges that to me seemed too big. Josh was there in all circumstances to support me through some very stressful moments and never swayed from being the professional that he is. I will be referring Josh to all of my friends and business associates who are in the market to buy or sell their properties.
